Accountant, GL, Coffee
Job Description
Accountant, GL, Coffee is responsible for managing all the accounting activities in Coffee business in accordance with the principles determined by the company while ensuring compliance.
- Completion of AICO records
- Conducting the counter-review process
- Conducting the full certification audit process
- Completion of legal closing records
- Comparison of IFRS/Legal accounts
- Management of intercompany invoices
- Conducting depreciation calculations
- Reconciliation of 800-900 account records
- Completion of payroll accrual and accounting process
- Organization of accounting archives and documentation
- Timely completion of other tasks and reporting that may be given by the management
Qualifications
- BA in Economics / Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance departments
- Experienced in the FMCG
- Proficient in Office programs
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Flexible / adaptable
- Advanced financial literacy skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English
